Nut-Tritious Foods – borne from the idea that eating nuts and seeds should be not only be nutritious – but delicious as well. 

Always a lover of nuts & seeds, I got tired of munching on handfulls and wanted to bring the good taste (and nutrition) to a new level. Nutritionally blended to deliver the best of nut & seed nutrition – the daily grind is much more enjoyable! The body absorbs more nutrients from ground nut butter than from whole nuts.

After almost 30 years in the corporate rat-race I decided to strike out and bring a new healthy product to the market place. Having worked in nearly every facet and industry segment it was time to test my wings – did I really have the right stuff (or was I just nuts?). Corporate greed and profit planning be damned – it’s time to give back some of the grace I have learned.

It might not be easy to achieve, but as a big believer of what the Church Mouse said “feed your head” – (and what you feed your body should nourish your body) – Nut-Tritious Foods endeavors to be a good food citizen by bringing better nutrition to a junk-food word. Every morning in the shower I sing,  “Get on your feet – go out and make it happen"!! Away we go .....
